Privacy & Permissions

• Calendar Access: When you use the "Add to Calendar" feature, the app creates a calendar file (.ics) or a link for your online calendar service (Google/Outlook). This contains only the information you see on the screen (booking date, time, and your optional notes). We do not read, store, or transmit any other data from your calendar.
• Browser Notifications: The "Set Browser Notification" feature requires permission to send notifications through your web browser. This is used solely to send you a one-time reminder at the scheduled time.
• Analytics: This website uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, such as page views and feature usage (e.g., how many times the "Add to Calendar" button is clicked). This helps us understand how the tool is used and how to improve it. No personally identifiable information is collected.
